This Position Performs A Variety Of Duties Including Position Classification, Compensation, Employee Relations, Employee Benefits, 培训, Safety And 保险. Additional Duties Involve Policy Maintenance, Interpretation And 培训 For Management And Town Staff. Work Requires An Understanding Of The Laws And Regulations Related To Human Resource Management; Human Resources Principles And Practices; Knowledge Of Town Programs, Activities, And Operations; And Skill In Handling Sensitive Information, Data, And Materials In A Professional Manner. Independent Judgement And Initiative Are Required. Work Is Performed Under The Supervision Of The Town Manager. Ideal Candidate Will At Minimum Possess A 4-year Degree In HR Management, Public/Business/健康 Administration, Or A Related Field, Along With Five (5) Years Of Increasingly Responsible Executive-level Experiences, Preferably In Public Sector Human Resources Operations. SHRM Or PSHRA (formerly IPMA) Certification Is Highly Preferred. The Town Provides Competitive Salaries And Excellent Benefits.
