Work Involves Supervision Of The Accounting; Utility Billing, Meter Reading, And Customer Service; General Revenue Collections; And Payroll Operations. Work Is Performed In Accordance With Established Municipal Finance Procedures, Local Ordinances, Town Policies, And North Carolina General Statutes. Graduation From A Four Year College Or University With A Degree In Accounting, Public Administration, Or Business, Considerable Experience In Public Finance; And A Minimum Of 5 Years Progressive Financial Experience With Demonstrated Leadership And Communication Skills.
